Disney+ Hotstar is the fastest growing entertainment brand in India with one of the largest subscription services in the country, and millions more accessing quality entertainment that's available for free. Over the past six years, Disney+ Hotstar has been instrumental in shaping how Indians consume their favourite content, migrating audiences at scale from television to a device of their choice.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• PMO support for launch of new countries & complex cross functional projects: Tracking progress by working cross-functionally with different stakeholders like product, growth & business teams; Ensuring a consistent high-bar on excellence and project delivery
• Prioritization of initiatives: Working with content ops, Product and other teams to ensure alignment with regional team priorities
• Platform growth initiatives: Identify areas of improvement around platform growth , and problem-solving along with analytics and functional teams to identify root cause & solves
• Launch GTM: Partner Landscape Analysis, Market opportunity sizing and landscaping

WHAT TO BRING

• MBA from a tier 1 institute with 2-4 years experience in at least one of growth strategy, consulting, or program management role with cross-functional teams (Non-MBAs with a strong background in program management may also work)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders across the company
• Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for numbers
• Structuring problem statements and hypothesis generation
• International experience is preferred
