Job Description

Are you passionate to work as a Program Manager for a contract role for 14 months. Than this is the position which you should apply! We are looking for Program Manager who you will report into the Director - Global Business Engagement Lead and be responsible for delivering supporting the UDP program implementation. Program Manager will partner with multiple software vendors to ensure timely delivery of component products to secure UDP delivery.

What will you be doing?

• Your will contribute to business sponsors, business process owners, and service delivery teams to identify, collection and prioritize UDP requirements Identify critical program & project breakthroughs via collaboration with project managers and align Program Increments and Sprints to high level delivery timelines.
• You will establish and lead routine program governance process and deliver progress tracking & reporting Implement tracking & reporting showing program impacts on the relevant business.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to complete organisational change activities crucial for ensuring successful business adoption and sustainability.
• Work with project leaders to ensure assigned task, activities, actions progress according to committed plans Lead program report outs to senior business sponsors Liaise with Corporate Communications for broader program report.
• Collaborate with program team members to identify risks and issues for customer concern to sponsors Coordinate the development of program specific communications and progress updates for impacted teams.
• Establish a change control process for the program to lead change requests to project scopes by securing approvals from the program sponsors for scope modifications.

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: Bachelor\'s or equivalent experience or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of handling remote project teams and project team members via remote working at least 3 years in preparing and presenting program and project updates senior business leaders, preferably on an international scale.
• Good Experience and knowledge of global regulations related to quality, financial and data privacy. Team leadership of technical resources and their optimized utilization.
• Ability to translate broad concepts into specific tasks/action plans and to construct coordinated implementation timelines (project schedules) with clear dependencies identified and prioritized.
• Ability to measure program delivery progress and to craft structured progress updates and communications for senior business leaders.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Snowflake, PowerBI and ERP systems will be preferred.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to engage with collaborators at various levels and across culture.
