The organization is entirely impact driven and aims to provide all students from government and affordable private schools Computing and Problem-solving skills, which are essential for them to succeed in the 21st century workplace. Roles and Responsibilities -

• Designs a programmatic annual strategy that includes goals, priorities and timelines, as well as a scope and sequence outlining Training and Capacity Building support
• Designs and creates support structures and spaces, available for both Instructors and Program Managers, as well as the monitoring and evaluation to continuously invest Program Managers and Instructors in Pi Jam Foundation\xe2\x80\x99s culture, building a collaborative and supportive network.
• Coordinates the multiple facets of programmatic activity, including student leadership, training, coaching, and partnerships, to ensure coordinated implementation.
• Manages and coaches Program Managers and Team Members through a variety of individual and group-support mechanisms, including \xe2\x80\x93 but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 classroom observations, coaching conversations, group debriefs, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Communicates with Program Managers frequently and consistently, delivering messages that are aligned to strategy and organisational culture.
• Leads team and self using data from sources across engagement surveys, student-impact data, and observational inputs \xe2\x80\x93 to inform short and long-term strategic decisions.
• Works closely with the COO to thought-partner and advance Program priorities.
• Design and develop comprehensive program plans, encompassing curriculum, learning resources, and program timelines.
• Building strategic partnerships consisting of various organisations and stakeholders, including knowledge partners, design consultants, govt. agencies, NGOs etc.
• Lead all aspects of Operations across Program sub verticals - Pi Lab and Teacher training
• Continuously reassess project priorities and resource allocation to adapt to changing circumstances and optimise overall project portfolio management.

Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, in Program Management preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
• Understanding of learning process in a classroom and governance system of education in India
• Decision-making and problem-solving capacities.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to ambitious outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in mobilising partnerships and building organisational culture.
• Awareness of the state-level initiatives towards education transformation in different parts of India

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
