The College is committed to delivering high-quality education and promoting innovation in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. : The professor Mathematician/Statistician in the Department of Bio-Statistics and Research Methodology will be responsible for teaching, research, and support in the field of statistics and research methodology. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in statistics and research methodology, and to engage in scholarly activities that support the College\'s mission and vision. Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in statistics and research methodology Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication, to advance the field of bio-statistics and research methodology Provide statistical support to faculty and students in the department and the College Mentor and supervise junior faculty and students in the department Lead the development of new programs and initiatives within the department and the College Represent the department and the College in professional and academic organizations Contribute to the College\'s mission and vision through active engagement in College-wide initiatives and programs Qualifications: A PhD or Master\'s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and conducting research in statistics and research methodology Excellent knowledge of statistical techniques and software (such as R, SAS, SPSS, etc.) A proven track record of scholarly activities, including research and publication Excellent teaching and communication skills Strong leadership skills and experience in leading academic programs and initiatives Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and contribute to a team-based approach to research and data analysis Commitment to the College\'s mission and vision Eligibility fields: Candidates with a distinguished academic and research record in the field of statistics and research methodology will be considered for this position.
