Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer/Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UI/UX professional, you will play a critical role in crafting exceptional user interfaces and experiences for our web applications. Your expertise in front-end technologies such as React.js, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular, combined with your back-end knowledge in .NET Core and Rest API development, will be instrumental in creating innovative, user-friendly solutions. What will you do:

• Collaborate with development managers, product team to understand project goals and user requirements.
• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end functionality using .NET Core.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually improve user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ensure consistent design patterns and user interface elements across all applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative design solutions.
• Help us integrate our business more closely with the rest of Fiserv.

What will you need to know:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including React.js, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular.
• Experience using .NET Core, DevOps and Rest API.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools and software (e.g., Figma).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What would be great to have:

• Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboard interfaces.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
