Job Title Professional, Software Development Engineering : DevOps Lead - 6 to 8 year\'s experience We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead with expertise in Azure DevOps to join our dynamic team. As the DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of our software products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, automating processes, and driving best practices for the development and operations teams. Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for our software products, including automated testing, build, release, and deployment processes. 2. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure the efficient delivery of software releases and the stability of production environments. 3. Lead efforts to optimize and automate software development processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market. 4. Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps platform, ensuring its availability, reliability, and security. 5. Work closely with developers to streamline code integration and deployments while ensuring best practices in version control and branching strategies. 6. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions for the CI/CD pipelines and production systems. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the build and deployment processes promptly. 8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to DevOps and Azure technologies. 9. Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members on Azure DevOps tools and methodologies. 10. Develop and maintain documentation for the CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and standard operating procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Engineering. 2. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with specific expertise in Azure DevOps. 3. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for various software projects. 4. Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks. 5. In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services and tools, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Resource Manager, etc. 6. Strong understanding of version control systems, such as Git, and related branching strategies. 7. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. 8. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates. 9. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. 10. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in CI/CD pipelines and production environments. 11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: 1. Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 Knowledge. 2. Azure certifications related to DevOps and cloud technologies. 3. Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. 4. Familiarity with Terraform. 5.
