Position: Platform Technical Services Consultant (MarketDirect) Role Description: The Platform Technical Services Consultant for MarketDirect will be responsible for providing services to new and existing MarketDirect customers and collaborating with Implementation Consultants to fulfill customer needs. Services will include software installations and upgrades, MarketDirect StoreFront site migrations, API service configurations, SQL database query and update scripting, StoreFront Web Design services, and custom reporting. All services will be delivered remotely. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and execute software installations and upgrades for client hosted Market Direct StoreFront solutions
• Assess, plan, and execute MarketDirect StoreFront system migrations to new client hosted and ePS Hosting environments
• Assist MarketDirect consulting team with SQL scripting for data capture and/or system configuration
• Scope customer reporting requirements and deliver custom Crystal Reports
• Collaborate with MarketDirect Development team to provide effective API integrated solutions serving a variety of customer requirements
• Deliver configuration services directly to customers for cXML Punchout and Single-Sign On
• Participate in requirement scoping sessions for Software Development projects as needed by MarketDirect Project managers
• Scope, Plan and execute customer site branding / web design requirements

Required Job skills

• Team Player with strong organizational, communication, written and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with SQL Management Studio, select queries and update scripting
• Experience with Crystal Reports
• English speaking with excellent oral and written communication
• Experience with computer operating systems, virtual server configurations, and basic networking
• Confident learner, able to follow and adopt system configuration processes and best practices
• Website design experience, basic to advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Angular
• Prior experience with API based solutions using XML or JSON
• Printing Industry Experience a plus
