Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain solutions for AEM (Sites, Assets). \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in Agile Methodology - be part of Sprint Ceremonies, provide accurate estimates for assigned development Stories & deliver on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow Best and Recommended Practices while implementing solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Code Quality, Readability, Maintainability and Security. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with multiple teams (Ex: UI/QA) for any dependencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Write JUnit Test Cases for Unit Testing \xe2\x80\xa2 Create Low Level Design Documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with customer teams on requirements effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM platform, and integrate with other systems

Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Good understanding on UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Good understanding of backend technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a good understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Good understanding of Code Quality and Security tools like SONAR. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Good understanding of Touch UI, Sightly (HTL) and Sling Models \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Good understanding of AEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components and JCR Queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of technical problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred: Ability to work in extended hours to overlap with North America timings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AEM \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred: Knowledge in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred: Knowledge on latest AEM features \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred: Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications
