Job Title - Production Engineer

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility of providing production support to bank\'s software applications. It includes administering and resolving day to day production applications issues, providing updates and perform root cause analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To implement Wealth & Insurance Related Solution - end to end from architecture / Infra Point of View.
• Responsible to provide solutions, devise, implement and manage end to end delivery of requirements.
• Responsible for analysis of requirements, working with vendors, working with business team, implementations, customizations, solutioning, provide Testing support.
• Working with different products surrounding interface systems across different applications.
• Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders and vendor systems / products.
• Establish and mange strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and should have strong experience in defining and gathering business requirements from them and translating them into functional specifications.
• Create a monitoring plan for continuous development and upgradation.
• Knowledge in Application / product Implementation, deployment, Version maintenance, Release Management & Change Management, Testing (Application, Performance, Penetration, Smoke, Sanity, Regression).
• Have performed Wealth & Investment related implementations across Indian or overseas banks.
• Good knowledge of Winsoft application and its architecture
• Should have good knowledge of Mysql, SQLServer, Windows etc.
• Should be quick learner and able to take independent decisions
• Should be able to think logically and provide solution from IT Perspective
• Self motivated, disciplined and Team player.
• Should be well-versed in planning for Server Patching, Capacity Planning, Servers Monitoring and Housekeeping, DR activity, Environment maintenance
