Qualification- 1. BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
2. Good to have ITIL certification
Experience- 1 year experienced.
Responsibilities- 1. Help resolve technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
2. Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and
escalate when appropriate
4. Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
through Phone, chat and email communication channels
6. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Technical sills- 1. Good Team Player
2. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives
3. Excellent time management
4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
5. Very Good English Communication Skills and Good E-mail Etiquettes
