Production Support Engineer
Job Description
: The individual is expected to have: 5 to 8 years of experience in production support (L3-support) of Java/J2EE applications and should have worked in REST API,JMS etc. 2+ years of team-leading experience in production support of Java/J2EE applications. MUST have production support attitude and aptitude. MUST have efficient troubleshooting aptitude and experience. MUST have experience of working under high-pressure situations to strictly meet SLA. Must have worked on projects/products with Spring and Hibernate framework. Strong design, object-oriented, and core java skills. Knowledge, experience, and proficiency in writing optimized SQL Queries. Must have worked in Tomcat Application Server. Should be ready to work in new open source tools Ability to develop innovative solutions in a highly demanding environment Self-motivated with a record of accomplishments. Should have worked in a team of not less than 15. Should have experience with any ticket management tool like Jira. Nice to have knowledge and experience of integrations with other tools or applications. Responsibilities - Understanding the whole product. Writing the code by strictly following the Coding Standards of the company. Troubleshooting and resolving production support tickets. Meet SLA strictly. Performing the Unit Tests and performance tests. Leading and guiding a team of production support engineers.
