Job Description
Location: Chennai
Exp: 3 - 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Monitoring Dashboard of cloud applications
2.Monitoring and acting based on the auto-alerts generated from system using runbooks
3.Monitoring and Handling the Apple Appstore and Google Play-store feedbacks from customers
4.Incident handling, Issue analysis, Investigate & Gather necessary data/insights
5.Incident escalation based on workflows
6.In case of priority incident, bridge the calls with multiple stakeholders and ensure resolution stakeholder is identified and assigned to incident
7.Report creation and publishing to required stake holders
8.Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different geographies to ensure the ticket closure
9.Execute sanity check for the application (iOS, Android) as when required
10.Responsible for maintaining the procedures/run books, workflows, work instructions used by the support team
11.Fulfil any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups
Additional Skills
Knowledge on cloud monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog etc.
Knowledge about source code version control, DB Optimization.
