- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to implement new production techniques and optimize existing processes for improved product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize your scientific background to analyze data, conduct tests, and troubleshoot any production issues that may arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure a continuous production flow without delays.
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in food production, with at least [1] years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
