Production Supervisor / Shift Incharge \xc2\xb7 Planning day-to-day production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output. \xc2\xb7 Managing whole plant related activities, manufacturing etc \xc2\xb7 Develop processes to ensure consistency and safety. \xc2\xb7 Minimising performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximisation of men, material & machine. \xc2\xb7 To ensure the production area neat and clean as per cGMP requirements. \xc2\xb7 Manpower handling, production planning and RM planning, Monitoring process. \xc2\xb7 Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow. \xc2\xb7 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards. \xc2\xb7 Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests. \xc2\xb7 Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 General maintenance and preventive maintenance follow-up of related equipments in production. \xc2\xb7 Having knowledge of total operations from materials management to finished products.
