Greeting!!!Shiv Shakti Process Equipment's Pvt Ltd.We are in the process of hiring "Production Supervisor" for our esteemed organization, Factory Office Located at Tarapur (Boisar). Local Candidates only apply.
Required fresher for the below mentioned openings.:
Roles and Responsibility
- Production Planning to meet the monthly dispatch plan
- Creating Production Schedule With The Help of Production plan
- Corrective and preventive action done for challenges met during actual production. Trouble shooting of all challenges and fixing them.
- Raw Materials / Components Scheduling through planning tool.
- MIS preparation and submission of the same on daily basis.
- Drawing a annual maintenance plan for all machines for ease of function and monitoring the same on regular basis.
- Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance Project Planning Production.
- Resolve production related issues and escalate unresolved issues /Deviations to the management promptly.
- Developing new ways and techniques to reduce cost.
- Man Power Handling.
- Monitor production status from receiving orders to ensuring timely shipments as per schedule.
Maintaining the documents as the required standard.
