Company Description M/s Monalisa Apparel is a company that specializes in manufacturing garments and accessories for Men, Women and Pets made from circular knit and woven fabrics. Our products are designed in-house to provide the best possible experience for pets and their parents. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Production Manager located in Noida. The Garment Production Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the garment production process, including overseeing the manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management. The Garment Production Manager will also work closely with the design team to ensure that the manufacturing process is aligned with the product design. Qualifications
- Solid Experience in circular-knitted garment production and manufacturing
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control
- Paid sick time
- Morning shift
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
