Apart from the static casting method, the introduction of centrifugal casting method has paved the way for us to manufacture products aligned with customer expectations.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES1-Knowledge about Operating, Setups and Programming on CNC & VMC machines.2-Responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, on production cell of CNC VMC Balancing m/c lines, and monitoring the process.2-Managed and supervised CNC & VMC Operators, Daily Work Management for Achieving Production Target.2-In addition, carry out basic quality checks points of product such as- Gauges, dials, process parameters, calibration, etc.3- Vendors material planning, monitoring, packaging before dispatches to customers.5-Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles, disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.6-Scheduling work hours and shifts, Coordinating job rotation, Multiskilling of operator.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBE Mechanical / Diploma mechanicalJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?100,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per yearJadwal:
