• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of production plans with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to minimize defects and ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods meet production demands.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce inventory holding costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among production staff.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address any potential hazards or concerns.
• Communicate production status, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
• Monitor production costs and implement measures to control expenses without compromising quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and resource management.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential incidents and minimize disruptions.
• Train production staff on emergency procedures and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
• Managing Production Supervisor experience is a mandate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
