various NFPA / ASTM (American) norms. Responsibilities:
1. Manage production completely and carry out all production related activities
2. Recruit floor staff and other supervisors.
3. Take full responsibility of the plant production from start to end every day
4. Run the plant in an efficient manner and send management reports on daily basis.
5. Tracks production and completion of Work Orders on schedule board or in computer system.
6. Maintains a clean and safe work area.
7. Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: * Should have experience of managing large production facility * Should have deep knowledge of all steps involved in running a production efficiently. * Proficiency in excel * Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
