1. Executing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing

2. Knowledge on Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC etc.

3. Experience in Planning the work schedule & Managing the Shift & getting desired output by the team

4. Assign duties to Employees, Trainees and oversee thier progress.

5. Ensure that daily production goals are met.

6. Creating Production process reports.

7. Indentify issues & efficiency and suggest improvements

8. Train and intergrate new workers.

9. Full understanding of industry Safety standards.

10. Enforce strict safety guidelines and compny standards.
