We are looking for candidates with the following experience

Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Organizing training and educational manuals along with the Production Engineer for the production team; Train new employees on how to safely use the machinery and follow procedures
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
Setting daily objectives in-line with the weekly plan and communicating them to employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Check production output according to specifications
Continuously improve the efficiency of all the resources
Ensures the timely delivery of quality products within the Instructed working Environment
Follow the procedures of 5S , IATF16949 , ISO9001 & ISO14001
Updating and maintaining records of all orders
