Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Planning and organising production schedules.
- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
- Assessing project and resource requirementsOrganising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Determining quality control standardsCreating weekly and monthly schedules.
- Should be an approved Manufacturing chemist in previous organization preferably cosmetics
- Should have technical knowledge on plant operations
- Assuring the availability of all RM before production
- B.SC/M.SC/B.PHARM/M.PHARM is preferred.
- 4 - 6 Years in cosmetics production department experience is preferred.
- Morning shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
