Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are in seek of person who can take care of production activities Our work flow Process Orders(from sales team & distribution) You will get a dispatch plan as well as cutting plan from your Senior Production Engineer To initiate cutting(Dies & pattern are used for cutting leathers components) To direct the cutting operator to do cutting(hyderaulic clicking machine) and Hand Cutting activities Once the cutting is done (Cross check that every components is present in the tray and forward it to upper stitching unit and schedules the plan for stitching unit) We do outsource to join leather upper & PU bottom (HAND STITCHING) To ensure required product is moved to Outsourcing division and plan accordingly for Dispatch To guide production labours to make Insoles as per the requirement of Customers or Customization requirement mentioned by the customer Ensure the Handstitched Products is done as per the production Requirement and attach them with the customized insole To ensure product is finished as per the requirement and move to Dispatch area Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb911,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
- Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
