Job Description

The Gloves Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day glove manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, safety norms, and efficiency. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily glove production activities (latex, nitrile, or other glove types). Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule. Monitor quality of gloves at all stages of production and ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and resolve production issues, machine breakdowns, or workflow inefficiencies. Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and cleanliness of machines and equipment. Enforce safety rules, hygiene standards, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain production records, shift reports, wastage reports, and manpower attendance. Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments. Train workers on production procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements. Reduce wastage and improve productivity through process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in glove manufacturing or similar production environment. Good knowledge of glove production processes and quality standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reports). Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
