Job Description
- Supervise labor by planning, monitoring, and evaluating work.
- Ensuring production quality, production rate and standard are satisfied as per SOP for all stages of production from mold assembly - rebar placement - pouring - initial curing - demoulding - storage.
- Enforces policies to maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers.
- Ensures that production plans are completed according to schedule.
- Resolve issues and disputes between labor.
- Communicate with and assist other manufacturing departments as needed.
- Maintain records of cement, aggregates and other consumables and provide it to purchase and store department.
- Handle operation of batching plant and supervise usage of tools and machinery. Evaluate the condition of production equipment and contact appropriate sources for repair issues.
- Record DPR and upload it on a daily basis.
