OPERATIONS

Purpose of Job

1. Support the Production Manager in Planning of jobs in all the machines

2. Support the Production Manager in execution of the planning in all the machines

3. Maintain Production data of all the machines

4. Maintain Employees decorum and attendance and ensure people are working efficiently

5. Coordinating with the maintenance team to help to solve any Machine breakdown issues

Eligibility Criteria

1. Preferred Educational background: - Diploma in Printing technology

2. Preferred Industrial experience in Printing and Packaging Industry

3. Good Command over English and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Hindi, Tamil would be an added advantage

4. Must have a strong desire to learn and ability to adapt soon

5. Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time

6. Ability to act competently in emergencies

7. Must have leadership qualities, to be able to maintain order and make workers work efficiently

8. Should have good quality and skills for data maintenance.

9. Having computer knowledge, Internet, Emails and Microsoft office skills are Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Production Executive Roles and Responsibilities

1. Help in Maintaining discipline of workers and ensure workers are in their place to start production and recording machine wise worker position reports.

2. Help the production manager in planning by maintaining production data of all production process correctly.

3. Help in execution of the approved plan in all production process smoothly and swiftly

4. Supervise the production departments work randomly and check for any quality issues and production efficiency issues

5. Ability to listen to workers problems and discuss with the production manager and find a solution to help both the company

6. Ability to recruit skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled workers from in and around the area

7. Should be able to connect with all departments- HR, Purchase/Stores, Accounts and Admin in respect to the work with each department is concerned

8. This person should know operational work of the machines related to Printing and Packaging industry and all the processs involved to be able to guide the operators and workers to improve productivity and solve machine breakdown movements.
