Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:-



Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets ensuring high-quality service.



Train, mentor, and manage food and beverage staff to maintain service standards.



Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.



Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.



Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.



Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service and profitability.



Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.



Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to optimize operational efficiency.



EDUCATION:-



Minimum Education :- matriculate



EXPERIENCE:-



Minimum Experience :- 2yr in bakery



BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:-



a. Fluent in Odia, Hindi & English



b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)



c. Leadership skills, Time Management



d. Customer Service, Inventory Management, Problem Solving
