About The Company:

The Company specializes in manufacturing folding cartons and other printed paperboard packaging material.Over and above the domestic market it also exports its products to the UK, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Nepal.

Job title: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Industry: Manufacturing

Job location: Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Educational qualification: Engineer (Mechanical Preferred) / Graduate + Certificate course of IIP.

Experience: 5 Years to 10 Years.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Production Manager in a printing-packaging plant.

Job Profile:\xe2\x80\x8b

• Responsibility of heading a team 10-12 Executives and 60-70 workers.
• Responsible for desired, quality output from the plant.
• To ensure efficiency and productivity in every operation.
• Responsible for the cost of production over and above the total output.
• Handle / shuffle all production shifts and the entire staff at the plant.
• To overview production planning.
• To overview inventory management.
• Responsible for proper housekeeping at the plant.
• To ensure that the established systems are adhered to during production.
• To handle external quality audits with the help of team.
• Should be aware about basic machine operations, productivity on each work station.
• To ensure proper predictive / preventive machine maintenance.
• To supervise and co-ordinate breakdown maintenance of machines.
• Responsible for ensuring complete discipline at the plant.

Soft Skills:

• Regularity.
• Preparedness to spend substantial time on the production shop floor.
• Leadership skills.
• Managerial ability and ability to train youngsters.
• Regularity in attendance, personal conduct, habits, discipline,systematic approach. Time management.

Requirments:

• Age 35-45 years
• ResidenceStability in past jobs (tenure of at least 3 years or more in one particular job)
• Fairly good and consistent academics (first class or above consistently)
• Residential vicinity of a maximum of around 20-25 kilometres from the plant or close to the staff bus (Staff bus route - Rabari Colony - Narol - Vishalla - Prahladnagar - S G Road - Sarkhej - Factory) Within a vicinity of 15-20 km from Factory.

Working Hours 8 hours \xe2\x80\x93 Weekly off on Tuesdays might be required to stay back depending upon the circumstances.

CTC: Rs. 4.80/Lpa to Rs. 5.40/Lpa

Annual increment based on performance
