Production Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for Executing operations for Print Production & support to LOB's across GGM India include Health & Pharma critical time bound business.
To handle independently Print activities including P&L making, PO to vendors, ensuring product QA, arranging fulfilment, invoices reconciliation & submission to AP.
Exercising on all P&L closely on cost reduction and saving initiatives.
For e books providing metadata, files support to the cross functional teams.
Exercising Internal Controls to ensure 100% compliance in print process & POs
Handling new vendors development & related activities.
Ensuring effective discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the print jobs.
Preparing Weekly & Monthly WIP for discussion with Manager and scheduling as per Business need.
Providing Reconciliation of Monthly revenue on time for Health & Pharma for reporting numbers.
Responsible for Print Vendor & Contract management
Flair to learn and support Business Continuity / Incident Management & Admin, Facility related activities including vendor & Contract management.
