Preferred:

• Exposure to Oracle HCM cloud
• Should have in depth knowledge on Oracle HCM cloud database structure and OTBI - Preferred, not mandatory
• Oracle PL/SQL - Preferred, not mandatory
• Experience in Oil and Gas sector is an added advantage.
• Preferably Microsoft Power BI certified

• Experience in creating Reports and Dashboards using Power BI and providing insights & recommendations
• Should have exposure on modules like core HR, Payroll, Absence, T&L Admin, Talent management, Benefits Admin
• Experience in SSRS, SSIS
• Expertise in Data visualization tool - Power BI and knowledge of SQL, Azure Stack/SSIS/SSRS
• Experience working on data architecture/modeling for Enterprise Data Hub implementations
• Developing and maintaining existing Reports and Dashboards
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands on experience in adhering to and modifying Standard Operating Procedures
• Good listening, verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Time management skills for managing multiple requests within SLA, while completing work within allocated time frames

• Expertise in Data visualizations & Business Intelligence. Experience in creating Reports and dashboards as per specifications using Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and manipulation. Prior experience in scheduling automated BI Dashboard refreshes.
• Run SQL scripts to extract data from multiple source systems, load it onto Reporting database, refresh the data marts and the dashboards on daily basis, Perform necessary quality checks.
• Co-ordinate with analytics team and business users to understand requirements and develop dynamic dashboard which are insightful in nature
• Develop data visualizations helpful in driving business decisions, data manipulation using SQL/Power Query/M Code/DAX to create appropriate input data cube required for building the dashboard.
• Maintain existing Reports and Dashboards, monitor and fine tune queries and data leads for dashboards
• Perform analysis of the data and provide presentable insights & recommendations to leaders/Client.
• Ability to interact with different stakeholders and deliver high quality outcome, and manage their expectations
