Job Role- Manager (Planning Production and Costing\xe2\x80\x93 PPC) Location Nangli Sakrawati Najafgarh Experience- 5- 10 years Preference \xe2\x80\x93 Must have experience in corrugated box and printing industry Salary \xe2\x80\x93 65000 Must have key skills Production planning control Roles & Responsibilities Based on the priority of the customer and availability of materials preparing the daily production plan. Reviewed the job card for corrugator/printing and forward for production Review daily Production/ Sales and motivate staff to meet sale target. Plan work flow and schedules for production departments. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in new product development and enhancements Costing of boxes in target price. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. Customer complaint investigation, root cause analysis and coordination with technical services. Do sampling costing Do production costing Make bill of material Reporting Monthly inventory report Headcount Monthly KPI Quality of RM Ensuring raw material stored in safe storage locations and are easily identifiable. Ensuring no damage of raw material while unloading and handling. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computerized materials control programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience required.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 9780,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Weekend only
