Job Description

• Degree of B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Diploma in Mechanical.
• 5 years + experience - Auto Component / HVAC / Engineering Industry.
• Coordinates between production, marketing, procurement and dispatch.
• Prepares monthly production plan for each machine separately.
• Assigns resources such as machinery, raw materials, and labor to optimize production output while minimizing the cost.
• Ensures production as per MOQ or execution at appropriate differential rates.
• Fixes the production plan based on the orders /Sales Production received from marketing considering the inventory level with optimum utilization of installed machine.
• Implements quality assurance measures and checks at various stages o production to maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects.
• Coordinates with the Customer as and when required or instructed by the AGM.
• Uses idle capacity to create Buffer stock.
• Devices accurate methodology having method study of manufacturing with the other engineering economic principles.
