Job Description

Develop and maintain the production plan based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials, components, and consumables. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand. Ensure optimal inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to avoid shortages or overstocking. Analyze material requirements using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or ERP systems. Prepare reports on production performance, material usage, and inventory status. Work closely with the quality team to ensure production meets required standards. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Support cost-reduction initiatives through effective resource planning and inventory control. Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery of finished goods to customers.
