Job Description

. Planning and Scheduling: Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
2. Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials. Managing stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses. Working with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with sales, customer service, purchasing, and production teams. Communicating production progress and any issues to management. Collaborating with various departments to align production work with plans and schedules.
4. Process Optimization and Improvement:

Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Implementing solutions to address production issues and improve efficiency. Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
5. Other Responsibilities:

Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet production needs. Managing and organizing project paperwork. Monitoring production processes and addressing any issues that arise. Preparing performance reports on production status. Optimizing production schedules to minimize waste and maximize output. Scheduling shifts and personnel to ensure proper coverage and prevent bottlenecks. Analyzing production orders and designing schedules that meet demand while optimHirresources.
