CWx US Comm Client Ops-Splty

• Maintain, monitor, and manage client systems, and serve as key technical contact for the client.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and improve system performance.
• Analyze COPE/ PAF report during any domain maintenance.
• Consult on technical environment and hardware configuration decisions.
• Support environment and domain planning and management.
• Develop and manage overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy.
• Manage and execute client solutions upgrades, patching and maintenance activities.
• Support incident & problem management activities.
• Provide on-call support for the clients. (12*7)
• Facilitate and drive client issues and risks, engaging with internal teams to drive and resolve incidents.
• Mentor & assist junior members in the team.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

• At least 1 year system administration, system engineering and/or technical project/program management work experience
• At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred QualificationsExpectations

• Ability to work the core business hours of aligned clients
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Willing to work on call shifts as needed
