Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure business efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. This role involves managing processes, supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and aligning operations with overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the company or department to ensure goals are achieved. Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and best practices. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize costs. Lead and mentor operational staff, ensuring high performance and productivity. Collaborate with other departments (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) to streamline business processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Identify and resolve operational problems and bottlenecks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation. Coordinate resource allocation and inventory management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or related Education / field work. Proven experience (3+ years) in an operations or managerial role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in operational management software (e.g., ERP systems). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Financial literacy and experience with budgeting and forecasting. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Work Environment:

Full-time role, often in an office setting with occasional site or client visits. May require extended hours or weekend work depending on business needs.
