Job Description

Job Summary- As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our productions and enhance brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with the production team to gather information about upcoming projects, target audience demographics, and unique selling points. Your creative skills will be put to use as you create compelling marketing content, including press releases, promotional materials, social media posts, website content, and newsletters. - Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our productions and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to gather relevant information about upcoming projects, target audience demographics, and unique selling points.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including press releases, promotional materials, social media posts, website content, and newsletters.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels effectively to reach the target audience, including social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to generate positive coverage and buzz around our productions.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns\' performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as premieres, screenings, and promotional activations, to maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to proactively identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
  • Solid understanding of production house operations, including film, television, or digital content creation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior work experience in Radio Stations/Ad agency is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.20 - 945,000.00 per month Schedule:
