A Sheet Metal Production Manager oversees the production process for sheet metal products, managing teams, production schedules, and budgets to ensure quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

Manage daily production activities to ensure output meets deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations. Lead, motivate, and supervise a production team, assigning tasks and managing schedules to maximize performance. Monitor and continuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost-effectiveness. Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards. Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely procurement through coordination with suppliers. Develop and monitor operational budgets, prioritizing expenditures to stay within financial guidelines. Enforce safety regulations, codes, and industry standards to maintain a compliant and safe work environment. Collaborate with design, engineering, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
