Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall production operations. Develop and implement production plans to achieve company targets. Optimize resource utilization, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchase, Planning, Quality, Maintenance). Prepare production budgets, cost-control measures, and MIS reports. Mentor and develop production team members for skill enhancement.

Skills Required

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing/production systems. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Strategic planning and analytical skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Exposure to lean manufacturing practices preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
