Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive

Production Manager

to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality and efficiency, optimizing resources, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Ensure products are manufactured on time and within budget. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Supervise and manage the production team, including supervisors and operators. Maintain quality standards and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Procurement departments. Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement measures. Report regularly to senior management on production status and KPIs.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering or related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing setup. Knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and quality systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
