- Knowledge of printing, paper and publishing
- Good knowledge of Printing machines, binding and packaging
- Effectively manage the print operation to ensure high quality, cost-effective, and timely production.
- Manage the inventory process.
- Work with maintenance staff to manage equipment repairs.
- Liasoning with clients for order process, completion and payment follow up.
- Manage postal requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Select, develop, mentor, and evaluate personnel ensuring efficient operation of the production staff.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the Commercial Printing field
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- Highly organized with thoughtful attention to detail and follow-through
- Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet timing expectations while managing multiple projects at once
