The Project Manager is a strategic role, contributing in a meaningful way to the future of State Street technology. Collaborating with the Production Management leads and others in Global Technology Services (GTS), the Project Manager will provide project support that aligns with objectives. In addition, will provide coordination and will help document, track, and report on deliverables for key Production Management projects and events. 10+ years experience in program management, project management, business analysis, or related area. The responsibilities also include: 1. Responsible for providing support in the planning of projects and events across Production Management 2. Support the leadership as needed by documenting actions and developing documents related to initiatives or new programs 3. Support the development of project plans to monitor and track progress 4. Generate updates and reports for various projects Core/Must have skills: 10+ years in a Project Management Role Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent 10+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB and reporting High level knowledge of IT environment and infrastructure Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written) Managing Infra Transformation projects Interfacing internal and external stakeholders in managing project deliverables Experience with Jira, Confluence or other issue tracking/collaboration tools PMP Certification and/or consulting experience a plus Good to have skills: Ability to organize and prioritize work while accomplishing goals under tight time constraints Strong documentation and follow through Ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills including customer service Solution-oriented problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize Why this role is important to us: Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
