Job Description
Executive - Electrical Maintenance
Responsible for maintenance & upkeep of Plant machines & facilities.
-Positive work attitude, implementing change processes and set high standards in daily work.
-To look after 3 shifts production, break down activities.
-Preventive maintenance planning.
-Monitoring machine health based on MTBF (Mean time between failures) principles.
-Analyzing machine interruptions in scientific way
-Maintaining & ensuring availability of machine spare parts & advance planning for critical spares.
-Ensuring & supporting production team in productivity improvement measures.
-Participate in specific excellence drive like FFQ/ MOVE/SPS/ TPM and other programs as defined by the organization time to time.
-Maintain 5S, safety and environment to benchmarking standard.
-Follow work instructions / checklists and other required documentation at all stages.
Diploma/ B.E. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
5 - 10 years in the field of maintenance. Preferably in engineering industry & exposure to CNC/SPM machines.
- Knowledge of Siemens CNC (840D and 840Dsl), Fanuc CNC, PLC, Drive, HMI
- Good manpower management skills.
- Cost consciousness - Knowledge of programming / Troubleshooting Siemens PLC, SCADA.
- Spare parts and inventory management.
