Role Summary & Role Description: Work with Senior Management at IRO and Production Management overseeing Strategic Communications across Internal and External social media platforms and channels. Planning and Implementation of IRO\'s stakeholder communication and outreach. Develop and Deliver the strategic communications plans to support IROs objectives, Extend awareness of the teams work and achievements and accomplishments Preparing an editorial calendar and managing content and digital presence including website updates, blogs, newsletters, videos, social media channel updates on Yammer, LinkedIn. Storyboard and translate ideas to successfully cover employee engagement programs, internal events, townhalls etc. Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, managing relevant social media accounts and the target audience, responsible for creating and driving a social strategy across the company\'s online channels such as LinkedIn, Yammer, Collaborate, Instagram etc in order to increase IRO / Production management brand awareness. Assist with content management of team intranet and micro-sties on share point and other platforms Networking and developing strategic relationships with cross functional teams within SS and Production Management and also externally with media forums and key influencers both internally and in similar forums externally Oversee the prioritization and delivery of all the teams communications including PR activity , all print communications and digital communications for the team Core/Must have skills: 7-8 years in an Internal Communications/ Branding or Advertising role Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent 3+ years experience in Governance and Reporting High level knowledge of IT environment and infrastructure Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written) Good Digital marketing and visualization skills Good to have skills: Ability to organize and prioritize work while accomplishing goals under tight time constraints Strong documentation and follow through Ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills including customer service Solution-oriented problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize Work Schedule: Occasional Hybrid - 2-3 days in office every week Why this role is important to us: Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
