About the Role:

Position Summary

The Operations Officer is a key resource who liaises and coordinates with multiple stakeholders and supports on ground CRES operations to deliver the best services. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as experience working with people. They should also be able to think strategically and solve problems creatively.

Key Result Areas

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Help location head with inputs for OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and tracking
  • Prepare operational dashboards to analyze trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to optimize financial performance and reduce costs
  • Ensure all financial procedures and policies are followed
  • Ensure invoices are reviewed thoroughly and are paid on time
Partner Management:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and other relevant parties
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience.
  • Set KPIs and review them periodically, make correction and adjustments as needed
Process Improvement & Service Harmonization:
  • Implement automation and process simplification initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall experience.
  • Collect feedback from employees and visitors and implement appropriate improvements to enhance experience.
  • Ensure global standards are implemented across India sub-region consistently
  • Drive minor projects in the location and extend support to other India offices as needed
  • Implement measures to create visibility of CRES services & achievements in the sub-region
  • Touch point for RSR and liaise with them to deliver regional deliverables
Team Leadership:
  • Develop and implement staff development programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Set performance goals and objectives and evaluate staff performance against these goals.

About you:

Ideal Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree
  • Experience in consulting/project management will be consider as an advantage
  • Expertise in working with excel and powerpoint is critical, knowledge of other visualization tools is a plus
  • Having worked in diverse environment across geographies
  • Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
