Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved as per plan. Prepare production schedules for cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing. Allocate manpower and machine requirements for each production line. Coordinate with cutting, sampling, merchandising, and quality teams to maintain workflow. Track line performance, WIP, efficiency, and productivity metrics. Ensure compliance with quality standards at every production stage. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Maintain production reports, daily output sheets, and operational documentation. Supervise supervisors, line leaders, and operators to maintain discipline and productivity. Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage. Monitor production floor housekeeping, safety standards, and machine maintenance. Support smooth execution of buyer requirements and shipment deadlines. Lead daily production meetings and coordinate with management for updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum 5 years experience in woven apparel manufacturing. Prior experience as Line Incharge / Assistant Production Incharge is preferred. Strong working knowledge of woven garment production processes. Proficiency in production planning, line balancing, and workflow management. Ability to lead and manage production teams effectively. Knowledge of garment machinery, operations, and technical handling. Good understanding of quality checkpoints and AQL standards. Problem-solving ability to manage floor-level challenges. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Basic knowledge of Excel, production reporting tools, and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
