Production Head
We are looking for Production Head for Steel company.
Min. 10-18 Year in Production.
Should be BE- Mechanical
Below is JD:
1. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
2. Monitor production to resolve issues
3. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
4. Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
5. Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
6. Ensure output meets quality standards
7. Enforce health and safety precautions
8. Report to upper management
