We are looking for an experienced

Production Head

to oversee and manage end-to-end production operations at our agriculture equipment manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities Ensure timely and quality-based manufacturing of equipment Manage manpower, material, and machine utilization efficiently Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams Maintain production records and reporting Monitor safety, cleanliness, and compliance on the shop floor Identify process improvements and reduce downtime Ensure inventory and raw material availability as per plan
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
