Key Responsibilities
1. Timely Production of Sauces ? Manage daily production to ensure sauces are manufactured as per schedule. ? Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure raw materials are available in advance.
2. Factory Hygiene & Plant Cleaning ? Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation of the plant, machinery, and equipment. ? Ensure CIP (Clean-In-Place) is done before sensitive productions and at least once weekly.
3. FSSAI Compliance & Record Maintenance ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with FSSAI regulations. ? Track raw material receipts, batch production, and finished goods to ensure full traceability.
4. Training on Food Safety Standards ? Conduct weekly training for production staff on personal hygiene, FSSAI guidelines, and food safety protocols. ? Ensure adherence to all hygiene and safety norms on the production floor.
5. Packaging & Dispatch Oversight ? Supervise the packaging process and ensure dispatch readiness as per schedule. ? Verify product and box labels for accuracy and compliance.
6. Labour Management & Site Organization ? Assign daily tasks to labourers and ensure optimal productivity. ? Oversee weekly cleaning and organization of cabins, event room, pantry, and packaging areas. ? Ensure all raw materials, cleaning tools, and inventory are properly labeled and stored.
Qualifications ? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: ? Food Technology / Food Science ? Microbiology / Biotechnology ? Agriculture / Agricultural Sciences ? Certifications: ? FSSAI FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification)
? Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in food production or quality assurance roles.
