Strategical
1)To Deveop system for sustain the performance.
2) To Monitor the Budget of the Unit.
3) To Monitor the cost sheet of the products.
4) Production planning of all products and its delivery.
5) Monitoring of schedule line adherence and its planning.
6) The designation and monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products.
7) The retention of records and monitoring of compliance with the requirements of CGMP, USFDA, EU etc.
8) The inspection, investigation, and taking of samples, to monitor factors which may affect product quality
9) Participation in management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the quality management system and advocating continual improvement
10) Ensuring that a timely and effective communication and escalation process exists to raise quality issues to the appropriate levels of management.
11) Should have faced pharma / Food regulatory audits in their career and should have worked in GMP environment.

Operational
1) Complainces of all systems wrt safety,Environtment,Quality,SAP,5S,ISO systems etc.
2) To Improve upon unsafe conditions across the Unit.
3) Regular Plant round to check the operational issues.
4) Incident analysis.

Special Projects:
1)To Make the special focus on Mfg Initative of 5S implementation in Unit.
2) KFA achievement (Cost Saving)
3) Brown field & Green Field project experience will be additional advantage.
Candidate Profile: BE / BTech - Chemical Engineering Minimum experience of 12 years with API Manufacturing Unit
